Double, double, toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble!

Finally finished! And it was only supposed to be done four months ago...Anyway, it's about time there's some autumny fun in the middle of this dreary winter. I got the inspiration to do this after I was trying to tie some orange ribbon on my kitty's neck but she wouldn't let me, so I wanted to paint it. This whole inspiration of the picture kind of evolved around it. Despite some flaws I still see, I'm very happy with how far I've come in just this piece alone. I'd love to do more of these illustrative type pictures instead of pin-ups.

The kitty in the picture is my cat, Turtle. Yes, Turtle. And wth, dA won't let me put any characters in the title so it's one big run-on sentence.

it came out great! certainly worth the wait, the textures make it really rich and the lighting is really nice, things like the candles, the bottles, and the cobwebs look so real, i mean, it all does, but those just look really good. and great job on the smoke :D

it's absolutely beautiful! i love the detail on everything. Her hair and skin look amazing, i love the bow on the cat. The cobwebs look just fantastic. Absolutely wonderful work.

Yay for awesome halloween/autumn art in the middle of winter and totally out of season. :XD: no seriously.. halloween is my favorite holiday and autumn my favorite time of a year, lol.
I love this picture the warm colors the fun traditional (as in wiccan) witchy details. definatly a :+fav:

Wow, you worked on this for such a long time and it was well worth the effort. Your attention to detail both sickens and inspires me. Amazing job. I want to lick the colours.
